Leasing Your Home

Due to recent isolated incidents where homes or rooms have been found listed on websites such as AirBnB and HomeAway for short term stays within Grand Hampton,  the Board of Directors feels it necessary to remind all owners that “the leasing of your home for less than ninety (90) consecutive days in duration or the operation of a rooming house, hostel or hotel”  are strictly prohibited.  No more than 2 leases may be executed during any 12 month period as well.  Enforcement of these deed restriction violations (Art.III, Sect.12b) can result in fines of up to $1,000.00 per incident.  The homes in this community are to be used for single family residential purposes only and no trade, business, commercial activity or profession may be conducted in, on or from any home within Grand Hampton.
