Hurricane Ian – Updated Notice

Good afternoon,

We hope everyone stayed safe during the hurricane. As Hurricane Ian has passed, the gym has been reopened.

The main entrance gates will be put back into normal operation with the access control guards manning the guardhouse as of 5pm today. The back gate currently does not have power, so the gates will be closed until power is restored and the gates can operate normally. We are working to resolve this concern as soon as possible for the Association.

Finally, please note that the pool remains closed at this time. The storm caused debris to be blown into the pool and onto the pool deck and both areas will require cleaning. Likewise, the excess rainfall into the pool has diluted the chlorine in the water to a level lower than permitted for use. We will be working to have the pool/pool deck cleaned, the furniture set up back up in the area and the pool water quality levels to be adjusted as soon as possible so the pool can be opened. We are hopeful the pool will be opened tomorrow, but we do not have an exact time for when the pool will be opened.
