Hampton Room

  • The Hampton Room and the Grand Room together are the main spaces available for rent to Grand Hampton residents.
  • The rooms can hold up to 85 people.
  • Reservations are available for residents only.
  • The cost to reserve the clubhouse is $350 for a six hour period of time.
  • The reservation time includes any setup and clean up needed for the event.
  • There is also a damage deposit of $500 required to rent the space.
  • Events may not start prior to 10:00am any day.  Events may not extend past 9:30pm Sunday-Thursday and 11:59pm on Friday/Saturday.
  • The room is not available for rent on days of lifestyle events.
  • Usage of the pool along with the clubhouse rental is not permitted.  No wet clothes or feet are permitted inside the clubhouse. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Shoes and shirt are required to enter the clubhouse. No wet clothes are permitted.
  • Except for official service animals, no pets are allowed in the clubhouse.
