- The Hampton Room and the Grand Room together are the main spaces available for rent to Grand Hampton residents.
- The rooms can hold up to 85 people.
- Reservations are available for residents only.
- The cost to reserve the clubhouse is $350 for a six hour period of time.
- The reservation time includes any setup and clean up needed for the event.
- There is also a damage deposit of $500 required to rent the space.
- Events may not start prior to 10:00am any day. Events may not extend past 9:30pm Sunday-Thursday and 11:59pm on Friday/Saturday.
- The room is not available for rent on days of lifestyle events, Association meetings or CDD meetings.
- Usage of the pool along with the clubhouse rental is not permitted. No wet clothes or feet are permitted inside the clubhouse. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Shoes and shirt are required to enter the clubhouse. No wet clothes are permitted.
- Except for official service animals, no pets are allowed in the clubhouse.
