Comprehensive Plan for Addressing Street Tree Problem

The Board of Directors will be considering the plan (CLICK HERE) for addressing our long-standing street tree problem.  We urge all homeowners to read the document in order to understand the issues involved and the solution which is being proposed.  We will have a “town hall” style meeting on Monday, August 2nd at 6:30pm at the Korean Church where the Annual Meeting is held to present the plan and allow homeowners to ask questions and provide input before the Board considers adopting the plan at the August 9th Board Meeting.  If you have questions or concerns in the meantime, please email Chris Haines (chaines@melrose.management).  Details of the August 2nd meeting will be posted at a later date.
