Annual Meeting Proxy Return Reminder

Dear Grand Hampton Members,

The Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Monday November 6, 2023.  The Association needs over 320 Members to attend this meeting in person or via proxy.  If you are unsure if you will be able to attend the meeting, please take a minute to complete your proxy and drop it off at the clubhouse.  A drop off box is available to drop off your proxy any weekday from 9:00am – 4:00pm.  The drop off box be placed outside the clubhouse doors.  The box will be brought inside and locked away at 4pm promptly.
