Annual Meeting/Proxy Return Reminder

The Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Monday November 7, 2021.  The Association needs over 320 Members to attend this meeting in person or via proxy.  If you are unsure if you will be able to attend the meeting, please take a minute to complete your proxy and ballot and drop them off at the clubhouse between the hours of 9:00am- 4:00pm.  A drop off box is available to drop off your proxy any weekday from 9:00am – 4:00pm.  The drop off box be placed outside the clubhouse doors.  Please make sure you are putting your sealed proxy and ballot envelopes into the white outer envelope, sealed, and signed,  before you drop it off.  Any loose ballot envelopes found inside the box will be considered invalid.  The box will be brought inside and locked away at 4pm promptly.
