Hurricane Idalia Association Prep. UPDATE

We hope everyone stayed safe during the hurricane.  As Hurricane Idalia has passed, the gym and clubhouse have been reopened. The main entrance gates have been put back into normal operation with the access control guards manning the guardhouse.  The back gate is functioning, although there is one exit gate that is not operational at this time.  We have a service call in with the vendor so the needed repairs can be completed as soon as possible today. 

Finally, please note that the pool remains closed at this time.  The storm caused debris to be blown into the pool and onto the pool deck and both areas will require cleaning.  Likewise, the excess rainfall into the pool has diluted the chemicals in the water to a level lower than permitted for use.  We will be working to have the pool/pool deck cleaned, the furniture set up back up in the area and the pool water quality levels to be adjusted as soon as possible so the pool can be opened.  The pool is scheduled to be reopened at 3:00pm today, Thursday August 31, 2023, for normal use.  If there are any delays with the scheduled reopening, we will send out an updated email as soon as possible to advise everyone when the pool will be reopened.
