Graffiti Notice

September 28, 2021

Dear Grand Hampton Resident,

Recently Grand Hampton has experienced several graffiti incidents around the community. Targeted areas include our sidewalks, playgrounds, and mailbox kiosks. Graffiti is unsightly and takes away from the aesthetics of Grand Hampton. The Board of Directors is committed to keeping Grand Hampton beautiful and welcoming for all its residents and guests. Graffiti is vandalism, and it will not be tolerated within Grand Hampton. Anyone that is found to be doing the graffiti or vandalizing Association property in any way will be reported to the proper authorities.

If you witness someone defacing Association property, don’t try to stop it yourself. Call the police immediately and report a vandalism in progress. Make mental notes of as many details as possible about the perpetrators, i.e. how many, approximate age, male or female, distinctive clothing. This will help police to identify the individuals. Encourage your neighbors to do the same

If you witness any graffiti or other vandalism on Association property that has previously occurred, please report it to Association Manager Chris Haines at chaines@melrosemanagement.com so that it can be removed immediately.

The Board of Directors would like to thank you in advance for your corporation with this concern.
