Rules
- Two hour maximum court time for the tennis courts.
- One hour maximum court time for the Pickleball courts.
- Courts are open from dawn until 10pm each day.
- Children under 3 not permitted on the courts
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by a Grand Hampton contracted coach or their parents
- No pets on the courts
- No climbing on or hanging on the nets.
- No climbing on or hanging on the fencing.
- No bicycles, skateboards, skates, etc. on the courts.
- The courts sole purpose is for playing Pickleball and/or tennis. No other usage of the courts is permitted.
- All residents using the courts must be in good standing with the HOA and must have their pass with them at all times; passes will be checked
- All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times while using the courts.
- Residents will clean up after themselves and their guests
- Proper tennis/Pickleball attire will be worn on the courts
- Non-residents must be accompanied by a resident (in good standing with the HOA)
- Students awaiting lessons must wait outside the courts
- Non-resident students may only be on the courts when accompanied by Grand Hampton contracted coaches
- Private Coaches (coaches not contracted by Grand Hampton) must provide their name, insurance and company information before being allowed on the Grand Hampton property. This does not guarantee court usage by private coaches. They will be considered on a case by case basis and must be accompanied by a resident and will be considered a guest of that resident.
